Daylight Savings - When To Set Your Clocks Back One Hour

October 29, 2019

As Fat Joe would say - “My friends don’t dance, we just pull up our pants and, do da Roc-away.  Now fall back, fall back, fall back, fall back.”  That’s right, folks.  It’s that time again.  Time for the sun to go down before your stomach has a chance to fully digest your lunch.  Stock up on Vitamin D, because seasonal affective disorder is about to attack with full force.

However, since I’m a glass half-full guy, I have to acknowledge that at least we’ll get an extra hour of sleep on Sunday morning.  Since it’s not 1997, most of your time-related devices will re-set themselves with the exception of, perhaps, your wrist watch, oven, microwave and car.  The change officially happens at 2am on Sunday.  I suggest changing the clocks that require manual attention before you go to bed on Saturday night.
