The government of Rihanna’s native land, Barbados, announced they will be honoring her in a dope way next month.

On Barbados’ Independence Day (November 30th), Westbury New Road will become “Rihanna Drive.”  The honor should be extra special to Rihanna because it’s the road that the superstar grew up on.  How cool is that?  Riri will be there on the 30th to unveil the street sign along with Prime Minister Freundel Stuart.

I’ve ALWAYS wanted a street named after me.  Can we make that happen, Seattle?  I mean, c’mon… Who WOULDN’T want to live on “TAAAAAAAANCH BOULEVARD??”
