10 Things Most Likely To Trigger A Bad Mood

February 20, 2019

There’s an old expression (and internet meme) that says “It’s not all sunshine and rainbows but a good amount of it actually is.”  As 2 Chainz would say – “trewww!”  But the thing about us humans is it doesn’t take much to ruin a perfectly good mood or day.  A survey revealed the things that are most likely to trigger a bad mood and it’s hard to argue with any of them.  The top 10 are:

10.  The boiler breaking down (this research came from the UK – I’m guessing this is related to preparing their beloved tea so let’s change it to coffee machine for us ‘Mericans)

9.  Losing your wallet

8.  A bad day at work

7.  Traffic

6.  When your partner is in a bad mood and brings you down with them.

5.  Computer problems

4.  Getting sick

3.  Having an argument with your partner

2.  Stepping in dog poo

1.  Having a bad night’s sleep

You can read the full list here.  Time to hit it with the old Seattle spin.  Here’s my list of 10 things that put Seattleites in a bad mood.  Get @ me on social and let me know if you agree or have anything to add:

10.  Explaining to friends from out of town that cream cheese on a hot dog isn’t weird
