It's the kind of east coast - west coast beef that we will certainly get behind. The inaugural 2018 Hip-Hop All-Star game during the NBA's All-Star Weekend tips off on Friday night in Los Angeles.

The draft has happened, trades have been made, and finally California's own Snoop Dogg, representing the west coast, and Georgia native 2 Chainz, reppin' the east coast, finalized their rosters over the weekend. And, just to be honest, the inaugural game sounds like it'll be a whole lot of fun! Check out the hip-hop stars slated to take part, including French Montana, Playboi Carti, Young M.A, Chris Brown, Quavo, and more.

According to Variety, the Adidas-sponsored game will not be played at the Staples Center, where most of the All-Star Game festivities will be taking place. The rappers are following the new trend in the NBA, which this year puts captains LeBron James and his hand-picked team up against Steph Curry and his hand-picked team. The 67th Annual NBA All-Star Game tips-off Sunday evening.
