My new diet

I am NOT recomending this but I am trying it out....Intermittent Fasting....I only have 8 hours a day to eat, no more late night snacks and no more breakfast (YIKES).I start at 11am and goe to 7p. I'd like to drop 25lbs...ok...30lbs...Summer is almost here.

I eat what I want for the most part but I'm trying to add these into my reg diet...

Fruits: Apples, bananas, berries, oranges, peaches

Veggies: Broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, leafy greens, tomatoes

Whole grains: Quinoa, rice, oats, barley

Sources of protein: Meat, poultry, fish, legumes, eggs, nuts, seeds
