How I Lost 10lbs In 2 weeks...

I lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks....I replaced junk foods with healthier foods that are low in salt and sugar (Light blueberry Yougurt), I started drinking 7-8 glasses of water daily and stopped drinking ice tea, I have been eating 5-6 small meals per day and started walking 25 minutes a night after the kids went down to bed. I feel GOOOD!!!! No one at work has noticed or said anything so that tells me either they don't care or I still look like I need to drop another 20lbs.
