Pizza Is Healthier For Breakfast Than Cereal

I've been saying this for years but now a nutritionist has just confirmed it! 

Chelsea Amer told the Daily Meal that a slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal contain the same amount of calories, but the difference is the sugar!

A bowl of cereal has way more sugar in it that will give you a quick sugar crash, where as pizza contains way less sugar and you will not experience a sugar crash so easily.

Of course, pizza is pizza...cheesy and greasy, so have it in moderation. "Healthier" just makes everything sound better so I'll will take it!
