Regardless if you follow the Keto diet or not, this is a different take on a very delicious cuisine! I definitely would like to make this at home!

Our friends at Delish have created this easy to make low carb bacon sushi snack which takes under 10 mins to to prep! 

Ingredients are as follows:

  • 6 slices bacon, halved
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened 
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced 
  • 1 avocado, sliced Sesame seeds, for garnish
