Free Summer Meals

United Way Of King County

Hot 103-7 is proud to announce that we have partnered with United Way of King County to bring you the resources on how to provide your family with free food this Summer.

There are four ways to feed your family:

  • Free Summer Meals Free: summer meals for kids and teens are available at schools, parks and community centers in your neighborhood. All sites offer grab-and-go meals you can pick up and eat at home.
  • Help Buying Groceries: Your family may qualify for Basic Food (SNAP) benefits. Basic Food helps low-income families make ends meet with money to buy groceries. You can apply for Basic Food at any time, and may qualify if you recently lost income due to COVID-19.
  • Support for K-12 Students Pandemic EBT: helps families buy groceries when schools are closed. If your child is in grades K-12 and qualified for free or reduced-price meals last year, or they attended a school where meals were free for all students, you can receive up to $399 per child in benefits. Apply for Pandemic EBT by August 31. Pandemic EBT is available to all families regardless of immigration status and is not considered a public charge.
  • Free Groceries for Families: Your neighborhood food bank remains open, with increased cleaning and social distancing to keep our community safe. Food is available to all who need it.
